Dijon Boneless Pork Ribs and Asparagus
Take one packet of boneless pork ribs. Season with lemon and pepper seasoning. Place into pre heated frying pan and brown all sides of the ribs. After browned, cover ribs with Dijon mustard, lower heat to medium, cover pan, and let simmer. While your ribs are simmering boil your asparagus with 1/4 teaspoon of salt until asparagus is tender, add pepper to taste. Remove ribs from pan and place on plate with asparagus, spoon out the Dijon sauce formed in your pan and place over your ribs. Enjoy:)
