Fried Wieners with Cheese and Cream Spinach:
Slice wieners down the middle, open them flat. Fry them in the skillet. Take small slivers of American cheese and place in center of the sliced wiener until melted.
Take one packet of frozen chopped spinach, heat in pot with 1/4 cup of water until thawed and starting to summer. Add 1 tablespoon of butter, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt, and 2 tablespoons of sour cream. Continue cooking on low heat until all ingredients are well blended in with the spinach.
Serve and enjoy:)
