Sean's Proscuitto Monster Omelette
Take 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms and sautee in olive oil with 1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt. When your 'shrooms are 3/4 done place 2 slices of proscuitto in the sautee pan to heat. When your sautee prep is finished place your 3 beaten eggs in oiled or buttered frying pan. Cook eggs until nice and fluffy with only a slight "wetness" to the top of the eggs in the pan. salt and pepper to taste. Take your Muenster cheese and lay on 1/2 of the eggs, add 1/2 of your sauteed mushrooms and proscuitto to the same half as the cheese is on, and fold the other half of the eggs over. Place the remaining 1/2 of your sauteed mushrooms over your folded omelette, add some more Muenster Cheese over the top of your 'shrooms, turn the heat off but leave the omelette in the pan to let your cheese melt, and when your top cheese has melted place on plate and enjoy:)
