This jerk was spread-eagle into both seats on my way home from work. Sad when you have to kick their feet and say excuse me so you can sit down. Then they get upset cause they don't have 2 seats to themselves. Even when I sat down he still was in spread-eagle form. I'm sure his nuts aren't that much in the way. What a waste of a human being.

Dijon Boneless Pork Ribs and Asparagus

Take one packet of boneless pork ribs. Season with lemon and pepper seasoning. Place into pre heated frying pan and brown all sides of the ribs. After browned, cover ribs with Dijon mustard, lower heat to medium, cover pan, and let simmer. While your ribs are simmering boil your asparagus with 1/4 teaspoon of salt until asparagus is tender, add pepper to taste. Remove ribs from pan and place on plate with asparagus, spoon out the Dijon sauce formed in your pan and place over your ribs. Enjoy:)

Pigeons 1

Little known to me a pigeon had been building a nest on one of my bedroom windows. I kept hearing some squeeks and screeches and looked out there to find a mother pigeon and these two chicks. I hope they grow up and fly soon because the are noisy and the nest is big and disgusting. It looks likd it is made with twigs and secured with poop and vomit. As soon as they can fly the nest is gone and some of those pigeon deterance devices are going to have to be put out there.

Sean's Proscuitto Monster Omelette

Take 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms and sautee in olive oil with 1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt. When your 'shrooms are 3/4 done place 2 slices of proscuitto in the sautee pan to heat. When your sautee prep is finished place your 3 beaten eggs in oiled or buttered frying pan. Cook eggs until nice and fluffy with only a slight "wetness" to the top of the eggs in the pan. salt and pepper to taste. Take your Muenster cheese and lay on 1/2 of the eggs, add 1/2 of your sauteed mushrooms and proscuitto to the same half as the cheese is on, and fold the other half of the eggs over. Place the remaining 1/2 of your sauteed mushrooms over your folded omelette, add some more Muenster Cheese over the top of your 'shrooms, turn the heat off but leave the omelette in the pan to let your cheese melt, and when your top cheese has melted place on plate and enjoy:)

Fried Wieners with Cheese and Cream Spinach:
Slice wieners down the middle, open them flat. Fry them in the skillet. Take small slivers of American cheese and place in center of the sliced wiener until melted.
Take one packet of frozen chopped spinach, heat in pot with 1/4 cup of water until thawed and starting to summer. Add 1 tablespoon of butter, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt, and 2 tablespoons of sour cream. Continue cooking on low heat until all ingredients are well blended in with the spinach.
Serve and enjoy:)
Total meal net carb= 4 carbs.

Kareoke at Crew

Here is a photo from Crew Bar in Uptown. Me and a friend of mine Donnie went Tuesday night. We didn't sing but. There was a "Little Person" there (He is in the pic with his back directly in the camera) and sang. He was a really great singer and you have to give it to him to have the cajones to get up and sing in front of all those people.

Heading to The Burbs

Toll

One reason I try to avoid the expressways and going out to the suburbs is the tollways you have to go through getting out there. Headed out to Naperville to go with Tony to his bosses party. He wants me to go because he hates going to these kinds of these alone and calls me the "Social Butterfly".

Hollywood(Osterman) Beach Evening

Here are a few scenic shots from Hollywood Beach off of Lake Michigan here in Chicago. It's the most prominent gay beach. The south end of the beach is the most concentrated gay area of the beach. Its almost like your at the ocean.
